Cherina Booker

Cherina Booker is a seasoned educational leader, consultant, and unapologetic advocate for students with disabilities. With over 15 years of experience in special education, instructional coaching, and data-driven school transformation, she has helped schools dramatically increase graduation rates and build sustainable systems that work—for staff *and* students. Cherina is a certified Data Wise Coach, presenter at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and co-author of a new chapter in the 3rd edition of Data Wise. Through her consulting business, *Booker Wilson Educational Consulting, she supports schools and districts in designing inclusive programs, developing strong instructional teams, and leading with vision, strategy, and heart. She is currently a district level administrator for special education serving over 4000 students in 47 high schools.
