My work is rooted in over 15 years of leadership in urban schools, where I’ve helped schools move from crisis to stability using strategic systems and data-driven practices. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions—I partner with you to build sustainable structures that actually work for your staff and your students. Plus, my SPED PROGRESS framework is built to support both compliance and instructional transformation.

Nope! While my specialty is improving outcomes for students with disabilities, I work closely with both SPED and general education leaders to improve systems school-wide.
